One Tubby Tubby, Two Not So Tubby Tubby

THE TRIPLETS ARE 7 MONTHS OLD TODAY!!!

The babies went for yet another weight check appointment last Wednesday. The girls are finely starting to gain at about the same rate as Jaxon. Since the last weighing two weeks ago Jaxon gained 10 ounces and the girls both gained 8 ounces. Avery is now 8 lbs. 9 oz, Jaxon is 13 lbs. 6 oz., and Kinsley is 8 lbs 10 oz. He looks like a giant next to the girls. I'm just happy they finally made it past Madison's birth weight of 7lbs. 8oz.

All the babies love the fruits and veggies they have been eating. (As you can see from their messy faces.)  I think this is what finally kick started the girls' weight gain. They seem to be very excited to get something besides formula and rice cereal. Oh how I can't weight to be done with formula. Only 5 months to go!

Madison's 1st Tball practice!

Madison has been waiting to play tball for well...forever. When she was three we could of taken her to another town to play. However, Jerry didn't want her to play in a league where there were kids still in pull-ups, eating dirt, or watching airplanes fly over. So she has been practicing and practicing to be ready when she can finally play. She got LOTS of practice while I was on bedrest last summer. (Jerry was always trying to tire her out.) We signed her up the first weekend in February and that is all she has been able to talk about. She had her first practice Saturday. Before we got out of the car she asked me how many other girls would be on her team. I told her there would probably be at least one other girl. My mistake! She is the only girl, but seems just fine with that. I think it will make her a better athlete playing with only boys and she is pretty much the same size as them. The practice went pretty good. Jerry sat up by the field and I sat in the car with the triplets. The babies were excellent the entire time. And according to Jerry, Madison only yelled "Daddy look at the airplane!'' one time :) In her defense, the boys we watching the plane first. They got to run laps and she kept telling the coaches "I want to run 100 times". HaHa! Needless to say she was exhausted. However, she still practiced that afternoon, two separate times on Sunday, and couldn't wait till practice today (only to be rained out). I can't wait to watch her play this spring! I will post pics of her playing soon and once the babies make their 1st trip to tball and actually get to get out of the car.
